Welcome to Portland Therapy Fitness, your destination for premium personal training, group fitness sessions, and advanced sports therapy. Located beside the beautiful Portland Harbour, our private, fully equipped facility is designed to help you achieve peak health and performance in a motivating environment. 

 

Our team is led by Tom Read, an experienced personal trainer who specializes in dynamic group sessions, joint pain, and muscular stability. Luke Boyles is a qualified sports massage therapist dedicated to providing exceptional care and rehabilitation. Together, we’re committed to helping you become the best version of yourself.

Classes

Our tailor-made classes are led by our team of expert personal trainers, exercise in a group-motivated environment in our beautiful facilities facing Portland Harbour. 

All Classes are priced at £100 a month for three sessions a week, or pay as you go for £10 a session

Bootcamps

A 45 minute group high intensity training session (HIT) designed to boost your strength, flexibility and endurance. 

Runs every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at - 5:30am-6:15am, 6:15am-7am, and 6:00pm-6:45pm

'Strength in Motion'

A professionally led small group fitness class for over 50s, it provides expert coaching, education, and tailored training to build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being in a supportive private environment.

Runs from 9am-10am, Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Ladies Only Weekend Classes

Saturday - Workout class incorporating indoor and outdoor circuits with a beautiful view of the sea - 6:15am

Sunday - Fitness class incorporating boxing and various strength and body weight training - 9am 

Massage

Book a session with our qualified sports massage therapist in our custom therapy room.

Massage appointments are from 12pm to 7pm

Leg Massage Therapy

Essential Sports Massage 

Essential sports massage therapy offers targeted treatments to relieve muscle tension and enhance recovery. Each 60-minute treatment focuses on fast relief and improved mobility 

£40 pounds for a 60-minute massage and physical analysis

Shoulder Massage

'Quick Fix' Sports Massage

A targeted treatment focuses on specific areas of concern, relieving muscle tension and focusing on recovery.

£20 for a 30-minute massage

Personal Training

Work with our qualified professionals to get one-to-one tailor made sessions to help you achieve your long term goals, in a private customised space fitted to your exercise needs.

A one-off personal training session is £40

Open Gym 

Train privately during our off-peak times, using our state-of-the-art equipment. Book a time that suits you, with minimized numbers. Enjoy space for your own training to accomplish your goals.

Open Gym (only) membership £50 a month or £10 for a day pass
