45‑minute high‑energy group workouts designed to build strength, boost flexibility, and enhance endurance.

Mon: 5:30 – 6:15 am

 

Wed & Fri: 6:15 – 7:00 am, 6:00 – 6:45 pm

'Strength in Motion'

50+ Strength & Mobility
Small group training for over‑50s with expert coaching, tailored exercises, and education to improve strength, mobility, and overall well‑being in a supportive private setting.

Schedule:

Mon, Wed & Fri — 9:00‑10:00 am.

Saturday — Circuits by the Sea
Indoor & outdoor circuit training with stunning sea views.

 

Time: 6:15 am

 

Sunday — Boxing & Strength
Fitness class combining boxing, strength, and bodyweight training.

 

Time: 9:00 am

Massage

Book a session with our qualified sports massage therapist in our custom therapy room.

Massage appointments are from 12pm to 7pm

Leg Massage Therapy

Essential Sports Massage 

Essential sports massage therapy offers targeted treatments to relieve muscle tension and enhance recovery. Each 60-minute treatment focuses on fast relief and improved mobility 

£40 pounds for a 60-minute massage and physical analysis

Shoulder Massage

'Quick Fix' Sports Massage

A targeted treatment focuses on specific areas of concern, relieving muscle tension and focusing on recovery.

£20 for a 30-minute massage

Personal Training

Work with our qualified professionals to get one-to-one tailor made sessions to help you achieve your long term goals, in a private customised space fitted to your exercise needs.

A one-off personal training session is £40
